Privacy notice.
This notice describes the public website and its enquiry form. Handling project files, account access, and confidential business information is agreed separately before project work begins.
Your enquiry
Rhoguns Studio is run by Philips Rhoguns in Toronto. The contact form asks for your name, email address, business or organization, organization type, and a description of the work you would like help with. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive client records, or confidential source files. There is no file-upload field. A suitable sharing method and access agreement can be discussed if a project goes ahead.
Where messages go
The form sends your answers directly to Google Forms, where responses are stored in the studio owner's account. It opens Google's result page in a new tab. Email sent to philips@rhoguns.studio is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the owner's Gmail mailbox.
Enquiries may therefore be present in form responses, email notifications, and the related email conversation. For questions about how a particular enquiry is stored or retained, or to request its removal, contact the studio using the address below.
Website providers
The live site is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security-related data, and may process information outside Canada. Their services have their own privacy practices:
The website code serves its fonts, images, and icons locally and does not include advertising trackers. Provider pages or services may use cookies under their own policies. Links to LinkedIn, Microsoft documentation, and other external sites are subject to those sites' practices.
Portfolio samples
Business organizations, records, and figures in the public samples are fictional. Interactive report filters run in your browser. They do not upload your business data or require a Microsoft sign-in. Public workbook downloads contain sample data, not client records.
Questions about your information
Contact Philips Rhoguns at philips@rhoguns.studio to ask about information provided to the studio, request access or correction, or discuss deletion. Do not include sensitive records in the initial request; any necessary identity check can be arranged separately.
