Do I need drawings before contacting you?
No. We can join early to help define scope and connect you with the right architect or designer. If you already have drawings, we will review them before the site visit.
How long does a renovation take?
A focused interior renovation may take 10 to 16 weeks. Whole-home work commonly runs 7 to 12 months. We build a project-specific schedule during pre-construction.
How do you handle changes to the budget?
No change proceeds without a written description, cost, and schedule impact. You approve it before work begins.
Can we live in the house during construction?
Sometimes, but it depends on the scope, utilities, and safety. We discuss phasing and temporary protection honestly before making that plan.
